Mirian Conti

A few weeks ago, the legendary Mirian Conti signed on to be a Yamaha Artist and I stopped by the Yamaha Artist Services Salon here in NYC to make a quick portrait and to photograph her recital that evening with violinist Benjamin Breen. We had about 5 minutes, start to finish, to make something happen before she and Benjamin returned to their rehearsal and recording sound check. No time for lights, just enough time to use what was there during a quick break. Mirian was very gracious, sat at the piano and immediately gave me the perfect look.
